Patient portals are designed to provide a secure location online where you can communicate with the office staff and we can post sensitive health information for you to view (ie: lab results, instructions, etc). We also have electronic forms that can be filled out from this portal including new patient registration, returning patient form. Prior to your visit you can complete these forms and speed up the process of check in. An email is required to set up your portal account
